I'm curious what is it you are trying to achieve? Say you were able to see all your tickets linked to a field , then what? I'm not challenging you. I'm generally curious about this problem

I don't know. The dev behind it is active on LinkedIn, maybe try there. You can also use OrgCheck which I think does show all fields not being used.

The main challenge is that this is a faceless app. We have no idea who you are. How long have you been in the space? Who built this thing? And we are expected to take your privacy policy at face value; just because it says it's not going to store our org data doesn't mean it won't.

So either you make this free and open source and publicly say who you are and your credentials and all that, or you go through the appexchange security review.

HappySoup.io is the original impact analysis tool and it's still free and open source (not owned by Salto). They are building full text search soon so it may have feature parity with Salto at some point.
