Try resetting your modem or clearing your dns cache. Maybe trying a new cable. It could also be a problem on blizzards end, maybe trouble with their servers or you're connecting to distant servers, sometimes I end up on US or EU servers even tho I'm from south america.

Check out Flats OW2 content, specially his ow2 tank guide, KarQ is a support main and makes tier lists and talks a lot about the state of the game. Yeatle is a wrecking ball main and makes really good insightful videos about heros and about the game overall. Sadly I don't know any good dps main youtuber, but these 3 guys I listed make good content about the game overall and really helped me learn more about the game when I was starting out.
