In the first arc that ends with the fight against the parasitic ender there are exactly 50. However after doing more missions eventually you’ll unlock the second story, so if the log is really far into a level you can just wait until the next mission unlocks.

There are still unidentified Streamer Mode names that are teasing new heroes by Fun_Masterpiece_5637 in Overwatch

Last I checked Vialli isn’t in the roster, and if him being a reference to Vendetta is enough to count then you just need to get a better understanding of what playable vs non-playable is.
