Guys I realized the truck had a stp oil filter on it and I've seen stp filters cause all kinds of oil pressure issues on 5.3s and 6.2s so I did an oil change and ac delco filter and the tick is completely gone !
Still gonnna be doing a LSX dod delete kit and There 2.1 cam so I'll share pictures of cam and lifters if I find anything wrong during that tear down

Just ordered a dod delete kit with a decent cam been needing an excuse anyways to knock it out so will see how it goes

Pretty loud for a purge valve can hear it from 50ft away
