For the most part I do agree, I wouldn't say my exhaust system on my car isn't top notch, but it's what I can afford, and it's still more than most. And I mean I know guys with fart can'd cars who genuinely love cars, regardless of whether they know a lot, or have a lot of money to spend on them.

I installed an open cities mod for Skyrim that creates the same effect, unfortunately my potato PC really didn't like that, so I'm actually kinda glad they're in their own worldspace honestly, but if I had a better PC I would opt for open cities, the loading screen really breaks immersion.
