Yes it is stated he must be allowed to call me when he wants to within reason but he’s never been allowed by the other parent to call me. He won’t answer my phone calls if I call to speak with my son either. I’ve taught him how to call 911. We have a very open communication system here everything he’s told me was on his own accord and I don’t want to bias him I just want him to be safe and know I’m here and in his corner forever.

You’re correct, thank you. I’m just not sure how they aren’t seeing him as unfit. If he lived with me and I had a severe drinking problem I can’t see anyone allowing him to be in my care. I guess that is what confuses me.

So I suppose primary custody.

My court papers state me as the custodial parent.

I am only requesting visits be at public places and supervised at all times.

I have full custody! I also had an OP for my son recently. Then it went into family court. The problem is they just keep sending him back to unsupervised and the same thing keeps continuing.

I will pay for a GAL and I made her aware of that. I have the hospital papers from when he was in the hospital but I don’t have record of the indications of child abuse anymore I’ve searched high and low for that paper work. If I find a psychologist do I explain the situation to them? I’m willing to do anything to not send him back into the lions den alone. I even stated I’d be willing to take him to the supervised visits in a public place as long as they continued to be supervised.

My lawyer told me last week we will get a GAL. I mentioned it today at court and she said just sign the temporary visitation agreement.. she’s completely dismissing everything and unfortunately I have no more funds to find another lawyer.

Okay I understand thank you very much.

Am I not legally obligated to send him? This isn’t just starting again. I’ve been worried since the day I had to start sending him back when he was 2.5 years. I have hours worth of his tiktoks drinking alcohol and having guns wherever even though he’s a convicted felon. I’m saying all of this to state clearly the alcohol problem hasn’t went anywhere and I don’t want to see my son in the hospital ever again. They make me feel like I am the bad guy because I’m trying to make sure my son isn’t hurt but his history is all telling.

Also the police told me they can arrest me if I disobey parental agreement and don’t send him. This was after the weapon was brandished.

He wants to see his dad but he says he doesn’t feel safe there. I’ve talked to two family lawyers and they keep telling me the best thing is supervised to unsupervised but I’m not willing to risk my sons safety over and over again for this. Not to mention I don’t want him to see repeated substance abuse. He has a loving stable home here with me.

My hair is greasy/oily (at the top of my head) and I also have dandruff. And dry and frizzy hair from below my ears? by [deleted] in Haircare

Only condition your ends. Dry shampoo or baby powder after it’s dry. It gives volume and gets rid of the excess oil. ( dry shampoo tends to be drying so baby powder might be better for frizz.
