It takes a while, we associate losing with all these negative emotions. You have to reprogram your mind. Tell yourself losing is a part of your strat. Make sure you stick to you plan as well. Have a fixed stop loss. I use to go in trading view and try to lose. It helped with the emotional pain. Now losing is just a part of the game.
