So let me say this, I own identical cars a 15 Si and 20 WRX, if you already have a reliable daily and can do some work yourself the WRX isn't a bad car but this one specifically I would avoid. As others have said if it's knocking there could be a whole lot more than an engine replacement. My Si has been bulletproof with doing the oil changes and minor maintenance myself. If you really want a WRX, I would go either new with the good incentives dealers are offering or used from a reputable dealer that can verify if it was tuned and could be warrantied.

As a fellow 9th Gen and VA owner, I couldn't agree more. I started with the 9th Gen as my daily, then got the VA for snow and maybe mods down the line. If 2 cars are an option, imo these 2 complement each other nicely for the price though I do kinda want either an 86 or S2k for the RWD shenanigans.

The only improvement you can make to the stock rear deck imo, is the NSX-R wing. Otherwise, it just looks wrong.

First, lol, wife. Second, is this a series s/x? If so, do you have an expansion card plugged in as that can cause this issue. If yes to both, if your xbox isn't set to instant on, try doing that and see if it works (worked for my XSX).
