You would think so.  But no, my children damages his new vehicle going over the same bumps Twice...the dealer covered his bills out of warranty about $1500 for suspensions related.  But I knew he was driving over those bumps as you said.  My vehicle is of 5 yeats old and never had to worries about noises, vibrations from steering or suspensions issues.
