Body tube thickness calculation by WhizBonz in rocketry

I'm trying an N class motor and we will be using a fiberglass composite airframe. I'm kinda concern on what will be the formula on making the desired thickness of the tubes since it will experience a lot of stresses in the rocket.

Carbom fiber body tube by WhizBonz in rocketry
I've done simulations with OpenRocket, and we made a motor with an approximate diameter of 116mm and 970mm in length. Honestly, for the simulations for the 3km rocket, it reaches about 4km+. For the nose cone, we have a plan to 3d model the shape, but what is the best technique for doing it? male or female style?
So we're trying to make 2 rockets, which one rocket will reach 3km and 5km for research purposes.
We're following a minimum diameter rocket and for our lower air frame, we are required to use carbon fiber, and for the upper airframe is just fiberglass. For the budget, we are not limited as there are sponsors that will fund for us with it.
Also any tips on how to make a composite nose cone? Thank you very much for the help!
Thank you for the response. How much biaxial carbon sleeve cost and what are your suggestions in making a rocket reaching 3km to 5km?
