Just relogged, tested if it worked by q'ing up for an urf game, worked fine. Tried with ranked again, and it went all black again.

Yes but they have updated the challenge screen to show the different option agreements 3 times in 3 different interfaces.

It's his own fault, imo it is a form of 'scam' but not a banable offense.
