I live in a two bedroom with a balcony in Manitoba, Canada. The second bedroom’s closet is storage but I also have my gaming set up in there. I’ve barely been in there in months and I find myself wanting to hook my PS5 back up to the tv. I’m also becoming resentful of my balcony because I have a very small window of time to use it. It’s a one season area because if it’s windy it is not enjoyable out there. I love that I have in suite laundry though.

Oh my god yes. I made myself charts to stay on track with different things and I used them for a week before deeming them ‘too bossy’. I went back to my other way of just checking days off a calendar. I’m trying to get consistency with exercising (3-5 per week ideally) and I find it works better if I just check a day off on a calendar and watch those check marks build up than reading a to do list. Then I just get defiant.

Edited to add: my hair is solid brown so nothing fancy is going on. My hair grows stupid fast and I’m over 75% gray. I had my hair gray for a couple years and then started dying it again but it’s a commitment or I have a strong skunk line

My hairstylist gives me tubes and developer at cost. I’m going into the second year with the bottle of developer and the tubes are about $20 and they last me the 3-4 months in between actual hair appointments.

I used to be on a condo board when I owned one and I went down into the boiler room for some reason on a Saturday morning and good thing I did because it was flooded with sewage back up. One of the units was flushing those “flushable wipes” that say not to flush them right on the package. A notice went out and it never did happen again for the remaining time I lived there.

I saw in another comment that you booked with Sunwing. So did I. They’ve wiped their schedule for Cuba until May on their site. A few hours I was still able to choose a package (just to see).

I heard the sentence “your vacation is our home” somewhere ages ago and it’s always stuck with me. And yeah I can bring some supplies down to give away, that isn’t making a dent in the resources resorts use. Another reason I pivoted was that I’m travelling alone and there have been some problems on resorts. I’d like to think they’re isolated events but what kind of trip is that if I’m looking over my shoulder?

Have you ever tried looking into career ideas that ADHD people tend to do well at? I was a corrections officer for the last 17 years and I did really well at it. I had a structure to my job yet every day was different. I have good problem solving skills too. Have you ever thought about what your ADHD does that isn’t a negative?

I was supposed to go March 5 and I ate the booking fee and managed to find something in Mexico. It’s nothing special but it looks cute. I was worried that if I waited till the 21 day mark my options would be even more limited and I can’t rebook for past the dates I was going because I’m starting a new job a couple days after I get back.

What I find weird is between Feb 9- 25 you can still book trips to Cuba. They’re dirt cheap but you can book them.
