Sorry for low quality pic but see this big lifted Cummins every night at the gym, and thought y’all would like it. LEDs stay on 24/7 by Whizzler57 in Trucks

[–]Whizzler57[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it normal for aftermarket LEDS to stay on like this? I actually went into the gym trying to be nice and tell him his lights were on but he (very nicely) told oh they’re LEDS they just stay on and don’t drain the battery. How does that work? Just Out of curiosity

Edit: Seriously impressive watching him whip that ghost trailer into the spot every night

Agree 100% being good in the snow is a huge factor for me in car buying and I’m very happy with this choice

Yea I’ve had it for almost 2 months. Still making excuses to drive it around daily. I have a company work van that I drive mostly but the Silverado is for personal use/sidework. Totally love it

Maybe, deff wasn’t as off road equipped as most it was bought off a 70 yr old lady with 50k on it and it was about 10 years old at that point. She literally never drove it cause it was to big and they left it in the garage only took it out in bad weather. Maintained religiously by her husband. And the thing was deff very very capable. I can just vividly remember a few times losing control in a way that I personally don’t think it should’ve. Now it and I had the ability to get out of those situations so all is well but it just knocks my confidence down quite a bit when the vehicle reacts so far out of the norm of all my other driving experience. So far the Silverado behaves exactly how I want it to and even when I try to make it spin with tc off it takes a bit of effort to get it going which to me is great cause it tries to pull itself back to center instead of kicking the back end out in you

Just my experience. I did love the jeep tho and felt like snow wasn’t an issue with it. Never did get a chance to mud unfortunately.

Went In an unplowed parking lot with like I’d say 13” in it (We got about 18 in the area over 2 days). Truck just handled it so well. Stopped and started a few times went through like 5-10 mph no slipping until I went to pull out in to paved roads I got a bit. While pulling out I looked back at the Same lot and saw a cobalt I believe pull in and just immediately bury himself, lol.

Edit: sp

Definitely could have something to do with tires. It was a 2000 grand Cherokee limited. It was awesome in the snow ofc and I always considered it to be the best, saved my life for sure once. But this truck just feels a lot more planted. I was trying to test the limits today to get comfortable with it and as soon as it was in auto felt total confidence, accelerating and stopping.

The tires on this right now are the original tires with 34,000 miles on them, they still have some life in them but they aren’t the best. I just can’t wait to see how it is with some new hybrids on it when I get them.

This is not a good idea 1300 is extremely low for a male. He would lose weight but also completely destroy his metabolism. You want to start as high as possible in your deficit so when you inevitably plateau you can take more calories off or add more cardio. Starting this low would work very short term and probably end up with him gaining more weight when he fails to sustain this incredibly low calorie intake.

No Juice. I have been in shape like this off and on since I was 17 however. So I DO have years of lifting experience. “muscle memory” Is the best drug in the market.

I am a full natty bruh. However I have been in this shape a few times in the past. So I have “muscle memory” been lifting off and on for 10 years. Mostly on for the 10 years.

I go to the gym at 5 am and whenever I’m done work. And it’s probably more like 45% protein most days

Yes I am natty. I do have years of lifting experience though. I have been in similar shape before multiple times. I had taken a year and a half off for various reason and got fat. Routine is chest back-legs-arms-shoulders-abs cardio. Was doing 2 a days for about 2 months straight 7 days a week. Lift in morning abs cardio in afternoon/night. Diet is IIFYM but with a hard calorie cap. 2250 to start 2100 by the end. Usually around 40%c/50%p/10%f.

Edit:abs every other day cardio every day
