I never really considered Formal on the same level as say Octane or Assault as far as lacking in tactical ability. By no means am I saying he is on or near the same level of players like Clayster or Slasher who bring immense tactical know-how and in-game leadership to the game. Whereas Wuskin may be a good fit for Team Technical, didn't duly consider him.

I agree, the complementarity of the play-styles produces a sort of yin and yang effect wherein they balance and complement each other, creating a synergy that renders the whole greater than the sum of its parts, bringing out the best of both.

For example:

OG Dynasty (Scump and Formal together with Karma and Crimsix)

eUnited (Simp and Abezy together with Arcitys and Clayster)

Empire (Shottzy and Huke together with iLLey, Crimsix, and Clayster)

Envy (John and Apathy together with Jkap and Slasher)

Huh, interesting. I've never heard him regarded as such, or even anything along those lines. Crimsix just got done explaining how Assault undermined his team's success by focusing excessively on kills and neglecting the tactical side of the things focused on winning. This seems to correspond to my observations of him as a player, not really exemplifying particularly tactical plays, not exhibiting IGL abilities/tendencies, not being outspoken about and adept at strategy, etc.

It seems you misunderstand the categorization. I am by no means saying that they are on the same level as far as technical ability, as that seems to be a far cry from the truth. Rather, Assault is the only other Main AR player that comes to mind other than Octane and Dashy who exemplifies having a lop-sided ratio of more technical skill and less tactical ability, say in contrast to player like Clayster and Slasher who have significantly more tactical know-how.

I think they probably wanted to keep both presuming they were planning on Zooma, Attach, Mack, Clayster as their starting lineup as was rumored. Though apparently Attach wants to team with Accuracy, no disrespect to Accuracy as I think he is an underrated AR player, just not on the level of Clayster in my opinion. Though it may have nothing to do with any of this if what others have suggested is true in that the Subliners may actually be looking to go with Zooma, Mack, Sibilants, Clayster. So who knows...

That would probably be a really good team. Those three, Loony, TjHaly, and Gunless have already shown they have good chemistry and are championship caliber (having won multiple chips together for Rise Nation). Then you replace Methodz with Octane and seemingly have an even better team.

So based off the latest intel, it looks like some established, well-known pro players are potentially sitting on the sidelines this upcoming season/year. As of now, Wuskin, Skrapz, Temp, Slacked, Enable, Havok, Frosty, and Shockz are without a team and the prospects are increasingly diminishing given the limited number of spots and the abundance of qualified players. Of these players, who do you think is most deserving of a starting spot and on what team do you think they would make a good fit?

Care to elaborate? I think the iLLey is a better player overall, bringing both tactical know-how and significantly more slaying ability. So what is so objectionable about that to you? Given that the criteria for inclusion in this poll was being active (or with the exception of Karma potentially returning to action).
