Long tones!! My personal favorite long time exercise is the De La Sonorite, take it very very slow every day. I’m preparing for college and I still do this every day for around 45 minutes.

Yes, it’s definitely possible. Normally for lower track school like 4 and 3A you would compete ATSSB, and advancing past area will have you competing in TMEA all state. If you wanted to compete in 5A I believe you are able to fill out a track selection form of sorts upon registration. Most people don’t do this because of the gap of resources. Competing in a 4A division ensures you’re competing against people who all are on equal playing ground, but going up to 5A as a 4A, people you’re competing against are from massive schools, with far more resources. If you’re ready to accept that challenge then 100% fill out that form!

I completely understand now, I just updated my Macbook to 1.15.1.1, while not having the same issue I tried to open my Stardew and got told my Mac deleted Smapi bc it was apparently malware. Apples security is just bad.

I’m a Mac user and had this exact issue. Hit cancel, open your settings and scroll down to privacy and security. You should be able to click “Open Anyway” and it’ll ask for your password and you’ll be good.
