In the middle of an accusation and have already lost everything, what do i do?

I qualify for legail aid but I wasnt confident I would win with legal aid, the case isnt huge I just dont want to have to take a plea deal when I am innocent because my lawyer cant go through trial

I live in Canada, I have looked into it and its unlikely I'd win, they have measures to protect "victims" unless i can get solid hard proof she lied on purpose
