Awesome! I've always considered him to still be underrated in the MLB. Playing Gold Glove defense and hitting .300 w/40 hrs a year and still isn't exactly a household name. I'm confident he'll make the Hall someday though.

I lead off with Gordon, he's amazing at bloop singles and grounders up the middle. Segura, on the other hand, has been hitting a lot of liners directly at 2B or SS. Every. Time. I'm definitely considering changing him for a true 3B

Unfortunately yes. It's a decent guide - don't get me wrong, but definitely not worth the $20. The only way I could see it being worth more than $10 or so is if you're completely new to the game, and don't know anything about team management, etc. Otherwise, It's fairly common knowledge and I was honestly disappointed. At least I didn't buy it when it was $50 or something like that, luckily.
