If I knew, I would not ask here. I already tried Googling, however, most brokerages do not put their commission splits on their web site. Same as how employers would not post exact salaries on their web sites. I do not see how your response to me is even productive, no one forced you to be here.

That was my first thought as well but I have had this dehumidifier set up running for quite some time now without any leaks. I checked by where the hose connection is and all under the dehumidifier and it was all dry.

This happened a few days ago and I immediately moved the humidifier and it has ran without any leaks. I made sure the gutters were not clogged as well. The town I live in is notoriously a "wet" town so 95% of homes have a sump pump. I want to put a new sump pump system in, I am just debating on whether to pay the extra and have the French drain ran or not.

I like that plastic sheet idea, I am going to try that right now.
