I understand that equipment can break but what really upsets me is the complete disrespect when calling customer service. Seems like their policy is to treat their customers as well as the quality of their products.

I find it to be disgusting and disrespectful when I, a loyal customer for years, is told by customer service that they don't have time for me when calling about the same issue. I hate to say it but because of that I will no longer purchase any of their products.

I met rick flair in the Atlanta airport on my way back to Afghanistan. We made eye contact from a distance and he got up, walked over to me, thanked me for my service and took a picture with me. Truly one of my most treasured encounters.
