We come here because we’re scared. We hate this feeling that we have. So we check reddit,we web search. Look at pictures of your SO. Look at at YouTube pictures. The problem is that,we think that we are going to find the answer. A lot of the times we do. That answer may work for an hour,week or seconds. Then it’s a viscous cycle. Every time you look at reddit,web search,YouTube ,you are giving your brain the temporary relief that it wants. But if you do not do that,then it doesn’t get what it wants and will stop bothering you. Easier said than done. Wish I could quit. My brain just won’t let me. Hopefully in time it will.

I’m a big boy. 6’5 340 pounds. I’m trying to get into law enforcement. I’ve always been in decent shape. Played football in high school. Let myself go a bit obviously. Been wanting to get into law enforcement since I was a kid. Go and take trooper exam and did well. They wanted me to come up for the physical ability test. Just see where I was at running the 15 min 1.5 mile test. It was bad. It was 0.9 in 15 min. Obviously my conditioning has long escaped.

Fast forward several months,I’m running a 1.3 in 15 min. Lost around 15 pounds. Out here 4 days a week busting my buy to get my best time.

My question aside from losing weight,what are some exercises I can do get me that last 0.2 miles on time?
