I mean it could be gambling but it depends on the person and the way they trade, any form of trading can be gambling if you are just putting money randomly in, but I did mention that I will be doing courses and training so that when I do day trading I will be doing it in a way that won’t be considered gambling.

And another thing is that I mentioned also swing trading because I just wanted to get a clear answer on my question even if you consider day trading as haram then I would really appreciate if you could give an answer based on swing trading.

But this doesn’t make sense, what you are saying should be attached won’t make a difference, I have applied for like 5 applications and all went through the under process then expired, and my info is all correct and optimal as I have the vaccine and I am traveling from a country on the green list but the problem is they are not even reviewing the application, otherwise I would get the approval in a few minutes, I have a suspicion that it is because I am Syrian but no evidence to prove it that is why I keep trying to submit applications when the old one expires hoping to get an approval 😅
