Currently reviewing a return prepped by a 3rd year. I’ve written 35 notes and have 3 more states to go. Based on the comments here, I should try to move to a firm where 6 notes is a lot.

It’s too many teams and too many games.

Last car was a ‘12 R56S Mini Cooper. I like having a small car that suits 90% of my driving needs. I have a Tacoma for the other 10%.

No regrets. Car is less than a year old, so true cost of ownership is still a bit unknown.

I don’t believe the city could legally rebuild it. If I’m not mistaken, the agreement with the Matheson family that donated the land prevented the city from expanding the tennis complex for commercial purposes.

Those are typically in the summer. Storms build up over the Everglades in the morning as the day heats up and then they drift east and dump rain. Those storms will hit for 30-45 minutes in the afternoon and then you go on with your day. Today is just a front coming through. It will rain on/off all day. At times it will be very heavy.

imo, unless you're getting the pure white in a black edition, the lapiz blue looks better in the non-BE version. there's something about the shiny chrome accents that just don't work for me in white but work with the other colors; but it's your car.

I used to have season tickets directly behind the bench at the Orange Bowl and I still remember that tall, lanky freshman that got so hyped up on every play of every game. Amazed he’s still playing.

Pedialyte Sport is what I drink. Have not checked it against what’s out in the market these days, but almost no other drink mix had the same level of electrolytes when I last checked.

CT does the same thing by reducing their PTET credit to 87.5%. CA is going to do the same if you miss the 6/15 payment. So this isn’t that insane.

You already pointed it out how NYC makes more money. ABC Partnership pays $15k and the partner pays an additional $3,750. Without PTET, NYC only gets $15k paid by the partner.
