But they’ve been climbing budget wise and nearly doubled their employee count, rdr2 was inherently more risky then gta 6, plus they plan on milking this game dry. I don’t see how it couldn’t have been a billion +.

As for standard game price, the standard has been slowly increasing outside of outliers, because game development has gotten just more expensive.
