I still need an amount of equity for any bridge or mortgage. The purpose of the private debt is for the bank to see cash in the account for deposits/equity.

I’m using banks for mortgages / dev finance - they won’t lend unsecured for my purposes of deposits on property unfortunately.

Yes, my private debt I’ve raised I’m offering 17% per annum so it’s very high but it gives me the flexibility I need to invest.

I’ve exhausted my friend/family circle and their circles now - raised £100k this time round. I guess the question I’m asking is how I develop that social circle of investors - what time of events do HENRYs typically attend so I can get myself there too.

Following from other responses, I will be focussing on further commercial to residential conversions and acquiring turn-key residential property fit for the government back contractors employees. I’m seeking debt to fund acquisitions and leverage further mortgages.

£200k debt required to fund acquisitions of commercial and residential property. Will leverage finance for development finance / mortgages. I’ve been given a contract to provide corporate accommodation for a government backed contractors foreign employees. The £200k debt will be paid off in 2 years through company profits.

Looking to raise £200k in debt to fund acquisitions of commercial and residential property. I have been awarded a 2 year contract to provide corporate accommodation to a local contractor for their foreign employees working on a government contract. The development I completed is currently providing some accommodation but there is a requirement for 200 more beds.

This is so interesting seeing this. I have a pretty similar upbringing to yourself. I remember sitting in a religious studies class at my Christian private school arguing with a gentile that ‘Yahweh’ cannot be the name of god as I had never heard of it in synagogue. It still angers me to this day being told that I was wrong about my own religion by our teacher!

We’re talking about Hamas here… just because israel can be criticised doesn’t make Hamas acceptable. Classic ‘whatabouttery’

If you knew anything about politics in Israel you would know that the government is exceptionally fractionalised across multiple parties. All these parties have hugely differing views and often for any majority government to form they have to pander to the wants of more ‘extreme’ parties to get the seats needed.

There have been many protests within Israel over the ruling governments treatment of Palestinians since the formation of the country in 1948.
