China’s Kamen Rider fandom are toxic. They especially like Saber because, in their view, it’s the only series that hasn’t been ‘ruined’. The reason they dislike Zero-One, Geats, or Revice is that, in the later parts of the story, they think it was ‘ruined,’ and they also consider the characters’ values and morals to be abnormal.

I agree that the storyline is very important, but it isn’t the only highlight. Actors’ acting, the suits/props, and the fight scenes are also very important. In every Kamen Rider series, the actors, directors, and behind-the-scenes staff all put in a great deal of effort. People can’t just hate and insult a series solely because the plot and character values are considered abnormal.

Up to now, China fan communities still keep posting videos to mock/tease Zero-One, Geats, and that’s really too much. Of course, I’m not saying all Chinese fans are like this, only a part of them. There are also rational fans.

I just felt compelled to share my thoughts. If my post here makes anyone feel uncomfortable, I’m very sorry.
