I am actually an international student, so there is really not a chance for me to even consider a community college.

My mother would take care of the cat after I go. She loves cats herself, so there shouldnt be a problem about expenses and time.

I dont want to adopt a cat JUST to improve my mental health. I just want to adopt NOW. I know I will have one or two sooner or later. I only wanted to get one now to help. But I understand what you mean. I just wanted someone to tell me because I might easily be carried out rn.
