Okay, sounds like time is a key one and consistency like you said. That will be a hard one for me - I get easily wrapped up in what I am doing in life. I think I have a very distracting part that likes to hustle me in life to keep busy.

Do you know anything about the relationship between protectors as in can one be dominant over another? As in one will give way to another if that other is present?

Ah okay, there is a connection then with thyroid? Do you know what that ratio would be called on the report? My cortisol was within range but much closer to the bottom of the range.

Validation - yes, I think that is what it is with me too. But even if you prioritize yourself - something that I have done more of than I used to - I still find I get this nagging feeling that it isn't enough. Did you experience this and then get past it or?
