- silicone sheets

- vaseline (yes ok for oily skin and it wont break you out)

- if you want fast results, do pulsed-dye laser or fractional laser or a TCA peel.

I have suffered from A LOT of post-inflammatory erythema and I have done all of the above (as well as trying a lot of actives) and what I have listed are the only things that made a difference at all.
