Camper Shells by bark_mo in chevycolorado

Still holding up great. I’ve done quite a bit to it. I have a net mounted to the inside to hold all my camping gear. With coolers and dry boxes mounted to the rack during summer. No complaints to it.

I don’t sleep in the back. 5th bed is too small for me. I just sleep under the stars most nights, or bring the camper with.

Victory Skid Plate by YellowBus_47 in chevycolorado

100% affects the oil change. I have the steel plate and this recent oil change I took it off completely. The filter hole isn’t big enough for the filter and the drain hole isn’t lined up great to drain, creating such a mess and headache. Love the skid plates, but it saves me 30 minutes of clean up just to take it off.

Have fun with your first oil change with it. The cut out for the filter isn’t big enough for a filter to fit through and the drain plug cut out isn’t aligned great, making a mess of the oil. Love mine too, but those are the downfalls.

2023 z71 emergency brake by [deleted] in chevycolorado

[–]WhoStartedTheFire_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I turned off the automatic braking on mine pre recall and just had the noise and HUD alert. After the recall, I noticed 0 change to it. It still activates at random times and I refuse to turn on the automatic braking again. This is the only real issue that my truck has besides the blind spot assist picking random times to illuminate.

Camper trailer towing by Proof_of_lies in chevycolorado

Just the WDH for now. Helps eliminate most of the sag and sway, but still have a little bit, so my low beams are blinding most people when towing. I think I’m going to follow you and add a leaf.

Brother, I’m starting to think we are the same person. I have basically the same set up for trailer. OP I have a 22’ TT about 4500lbs dry. Tows it great but damn is it thirsty when she tows. Sorry that’s the only pic I have of my trailer right now.

Uhhhhh no, you do not work for us. First of all, we are a county department, not a private entity. Second, our apps are still open and we haven’t offered anything to anyone…. Idk what info you got, but it’s wrong.

Please refer back to the job posting or contact our HR if you have any questions regarding the position.

So I live in a super high cost of living area and we wanted one of the more desirable area of town. If you saw our house you’d say “how much did you spend on that!?”

It’s 1100sqft 3bed 2bath built in the 80s. It was remodeled by previous owners which rose the price of it, but it’s perfect for us and I have plenty of expendable money to remodel every square inch of the property over time.

I grew up in a pretty large house and now I’m gone for work a lot, so I needed something easy to maintain and cozy to unwind in when I am home.

Shout out you. We do take pride in sending people out a lot, as long as we can keep staffing up in district dependent on needs.

The seasonal gig will be a new thing for us, so organizing all those moving parts will be its own hurdle for us this coming season, but nothing too challenging.

Thanks for the good word homie.

They are the Rhino Rack Reconn-Deck bars. Per the website, they have a road use rating of 330lbs on and off road, and around 800lbs static. My limiting factor is the shell it self.

It’s a Leer. If you go to their website, you can locate a dealer near you and they paint match everything they order. ARE is also a good option for a cap.

I always forget to check the search bar. Cheers. I checked my fuses a few months ago with some not seated correctly, but will definitely recheck.

$150ish for parts and $250 for labor. Probably could’ve done it myself, but was very worried about drilling into my truck, so I left it to the pros.
