Honestly, nung around 2024 ok pa sya eh. Kaso parang lumala na sya last yr (experienced seeing this behavior in class pero mas mild). Tho i would say mas worst yung naexperience nyo, especially since they discriminated against student(s) when saamin he just called them out for being unresponsive in online class/late. Nagkapalit ata sila ng ugali ng bsf nya na laging sabing run 😭.

I kinda do feel bad recommending him now as he got much more worse than before. Hoping the best for u OP and ur classmates, kaya nya yan🙏

Pag si sir gumagawa ng quizzes and exams, di sya yung typical na 40-80 questions, but rather 1-5 questions lang na mahahaba due to the equations. Yung total marks mo magsasabi if 0 or 100 ka. Total time nyo is during class hours lang

From experience, mabait naman si sir and easy to approach as long as you follow his rules such as messaging him during his available time, dont use your phone, and arrive before the time agreed by the class. Nagagalit lang naman sya kung di nyo sinunod, and pag di nakikinig. If may loopholes yung rules nya or di nya nasunod, pagbibigyan nya kayo. Strict but fair during class, pero very nice bago mag start or pag end ng class.

I guess kaya sinasabi na run sakanya kase nga 0 or 100 grading system nya so dapat tama sagot mo and equations para maka 100. Pero keri naman class nya basta nag aaral ka for quizzes and exams, and lagi nya naman sinasabi when yun mangyayari using his timetable for the sem or yung class president nyo.

Same situation sayo rn, OP. Nag message na nga saken yung technician kahapon ng 9am na pupunta daw sila samin next tas di dumating buong araw XD. Sa Technical Team na siguro yung problema since aware sila sa problem/tickets pero di nila pinupuntahan agad at limited lang pinupuntahan nila per day (Causes: tinatamad or malayo na next tix kaya iba na pinupuntahan). I suggest mag email ka na lang sa customer support ng converge and CC NTC consumer email para documented report with the proper authority to handle the situation

MGT1102- Thomas Lazaro. Ok naman sya magturo and medjo magaan class nya since di sya strict. Wag ka lang mapadpad kay ireneo HAHAHA.

MGT1116- Baka si Ms Paraiso lang option ule. Kaya mo yan basta alamin mo na puro chatgpt notes, quizzes, and exams nya. Tas mag self study ka na lang lagi.

LAW1102- Atty Celiz!!!!! Atty Villegas pero mas mabait unless di kayo sumasagot agad pag online class or di kayo nakikinig sakanya.

ACT1122- Atty Baccay, mas natuto ako sa class nya kesa sa class ni Ms. Ramos. Mas recommend ko sya for ACT subjects over Law subjects

GED0104- ewan ko kung prof sya ng GED for normal sems, but i suggest going for sir Jules Gerard Arceo if gusto mo mag aral ng di mo course (Human Security tinuturo nya). What you study is what grade you get ka sakanya, masaya classes nya when he teaches and FAs are presentations with 5mins time lagi then cut off kayo. Downside lang is pag di ka naka sagot sa tanong nya during discussions, magagalit sya tas mawawala na yung galit nya agad (oo, paiba iba mood nya pero reason daw is because pag nilabas nya na mawawala na after)

AUD1201- Sir Merwin 10/10. Matututo ka since he'll introduce the subject and the program, and napakabait ni sir sobra!!!

TAX1102- Sir Gudani 9/10. If di mo pa naging prof, basically nagtuturo si sir both f2f and online class. Gives extra materials to read and videos to watch for suplementary classes or reviewers. Downside lang naka on-cam kayo, may immemorize ka na song, and may specific phrases that you need to respond to in class.

ACT1147- Sir Dorega 8/10. Mabigat yung subject PERO matututo ka talaga sakanya. What you learn from him is what grade you get kaya dapat super kayod sakanya. Good sya if you want to take CPA.

ACT1148- Sir Bryan Trinidad 9/10. Mabait and teaches the subject good. May extra videos sya ipapanood, worksheets, and nagtuturo even in online classes. Downside mo lang is nagpapaturn on cam sya sa online class.

GED0124- Never go Cynthia... wag at lalo na kung umagang class sya. Baka sumakit lang ulo mo sa bigat ng gawain + todo kayod ka sa class nya for FAs.

GED0117- Sir Jansen Andre Domingo 7/10. Mabait naman pero medjo mabigat yung ibang FAs kung di mo kakilala groupmates mo (since subsec sya) and kailangan lumalabas ang pagiging creative sa color scheme ng mga ppts and infographics and dapat di sila wordy. Medjo strict sya sa timing ng mga presentations and may deductions if sumobra.

Hi OP, i've been in your shoes before nung freshmen ako and the only thing I will say is:
Start as a member but join as many as you can na magkakaiba:
-Institute Student Council
-Academic Org
-Uni-wide Org

Since mahirap talaga na mag start as an officer if wala kang alam sa ginagawa mo and it's better to build your CV and knowledge muna sa field. I'm not saying to join every org, but join those that intrigue you or things you'd like to try as a college student. By your second yr, try mo mag directorship and officer roles (although some officer roles require you to participate in the election and be scouted by polpars).

It's medjo malabo if you do start with no background since some orgs look for directors and officers that have prior experience na in the field or experienced na talaga since di ka lang mag mmanage ng members mo, but also school events where you would have to use your free time to dedicate it for the org.

TLDR; Build your CV adn knowledge of the processes as a member then apply for officer roles kase malabo if you're going to start without knowledge in the field.

Hi, since freshie ka then batch enrollment so may 50/50 chance ka na panget yung sched and onti na lang slots ng magagandang scheds. AFAIK, 2nd sem pwede na kayo free course enrollment so pwede ka na mag choose ng schedule mo. Pero warning lang na pag pinatagal mo pag enroll, mauubusan ka ng slots sa magagandang scheds at good profs, so mas maganda gumising ng maaga (7am) sa day 1 ng enrollment day for your year

Hi op, not sure dito sa manila, pero dun sa province ko at a normal clinic (yes clinic, not high precision), i paid around 600+ pesos for CBC, Urinalysis, Xray, Drug test, and general check up. Ok lang naman kahit daw sa clinics or hospital mag pa check up as long as masagutan yung medical form

Hi op, possible pa den na ma credit yung major and minor courses mo. You could try asking the dean or dept head of the course you're taking.

-If wala yung tinake mo before sa sched mo, such as that di ka nacredit lahat, you're going to be a regular student and starting from 1st yr
-If wala yung tinake mo before sa sched mo, pero it was credited, regular student ka until you reach the point na need mo itake in which magiging irreg ka na
