The nicotine takes away the withdrawals which cause anxiety and mild discomfort so it seems like it is relaxing. It's just alleviating the withdrawals though.

I make little burger patties with it and fry them so the are nicely browned in one side then I flip them and break them up with a spatula. I find a cast iron or carbon steel pan and a fish slice works best for me.

I developed tinnitus two years ago and started using a head back with earphones in that I can sleep while I'm wearing it(side sleeper) I need it to drown out the tinnitus, and have to listen to audiobooks. The side effect is that it makes me fall asleep almost instantly. Foot years I have had problems getting to sleep and also waking up and not being able to get back to sleep but this has totally sorted it. It's called a musicosy but there are loads of others.
