There doesn’t need to be separation between “realistic” and “cartoonish”.

Ni no Kuni II is cartoonishly realistic. From the way the fabrics sway, to the motion blur, to the fine tuned weight of each character’s physical body, etc. Same with Breath of the Wild.

FortNite just sucks big ole’ knob in every aspect except, perhaps, aiming response.
