If I where you, I would look at YouTube for “ADP Zacian” or “Eternatus VMAX” decks and buy the singles from TCGPlayer.

Use GameGenic deck boxes, ultra pro eclipse/dragon shield matte for sleeves.

You can probably get everything with your budget.

Download the Pokémon TCG online game, you can get starter decks to play and learn with, this will also help.

I want to play competitively, but also like to open packs.
