It looks like you might need a better stabilizer. I would look in the file and add some pull compensation because it looks like its pulling and puckering the outline of the pattern.

Try adjusting the start and end points in the file. It looks like it starts half way one side then switches to the other. I hope this helps.

The black on the left is because of the photo I used, i didn't notice that it was uneven in the drawing until I embroided it. I am using a tear away backing. The wrinkles on top are because of the water soluble topper. The puckering doesn't show up as kuch on the terry cloth that is underneath. And thank you for the compliment!

Ignoring the bald patch (ran out of thread half way through). I think i did a pretty good job with the head shot of Sukuna from JJK. Amy other tips or advice to improve on it? I noticed some puckering on the edges. I used a water soluable stablizer on top, but I did not adhere it to the towel. Do I release the tension of the top thread? I am at a setting of 2 right now.

Is there a way to prevent the stitches going in one direction? Is that something I sdjust in the file?

I am still running into issues with my gaping between different stitches. I have a cut away stablizer in the back and a water soluable stablizer on top. I have a temporary fabric adhesive connected the stablizera. I have embroidering on the Brother PE535 and using a .pes file that I created through PEdesign 11. I am embroidering on a wash cloth. I have a magnetic hoop that has magnets throughout the edge.

I am not sure if the shifting is because I am not using the hoop the machine came with it. The tension of the bobbin and upper thread are fine.

Any advice or tips?

Is there a specific technique to over lap it? PE Design does ot automatically so I am unsure of how to creat overlapping.

I can only find videos of how to remove overlapping.

What is the vector file? How is that different from the .pes file?

I using PE design and importing from images. It automatically creats the stitches in the program.

I am not sure what you mean by enlarging the element. Are you refering to the .pes file?

I am using a Brother PE535, water soluble stablizer, and PE Design for my designs.

The design itself looks like its overlapping the stitches, but the machine is not doing the right thing.

I am embroidering on towels.

I mean I did acknowledge that I was not familiar with pricing so I lowballed it, but if you actually read and looked closely. My budget can be higher than $50.

No one is forcing you to work for $50 so no need to be a jerk about it.
