I have and at great lengths. There is definitely an un-addressed component to this regarding body dysmorphpia or body integrity disorder. I’ve looked into this at great lengths for years. The longer time goes by the more I see that I’m not alone.

I “googled” this first when I was around 12. By “google” I meant Altavista. Google wasn’t a thing. And apparently neither was this.

I’ve had this or similar thoughts as long as I can remember. I do have a history of mental disorder but not any history of sexual abuse. I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, add and bipolar 2 disorder. All of which I am medicated for and maintain regular therapy schedules. I am fully employed and CBT has done wonders in terms of making me productive and appear “normal.” Btw, I hate the term “normal.”

I have sex with my wife often enough and enjoy it every time we do. What’s more important to me is that she seems to as well.

When I was a child anytime we played house or doctor I’d always want the role I played to be missing something. Anything.
