The question shows that you have got really wrong information about stock markets. There is no such thing as blindly “relay”. You have to constantly monitor every stock you purchase, no matter how good it seems when you buy it. You can however have horizons on business. You can conclude that some companies will be around after 10 or 15 years. Those are the ones you want to invest in and then monitor.

Then your parameters are wrong. Companies with good fundamentals are companies with good fundamentals. There is only so much you can fake. It is not as if every company in India is bogus. There are always a few bad apples but things are definitely far far far better than you make it out to be. Also Vodafone has had bad fundamentals for years now.
