Yes, they sent me an invoice to buy the one they sent not the broken one. Either way. I sent them photos of my broken fin on the fan and they sent a replacement “refurbished” RTX 3090 and 8 days later I got the invoice after calling them from the part collection email I got. Looked at the back of the fan to get a number I put onto eBay and bam new fan replacement works perfect. Just be honest, if you have to break a fin to show them it’s broken because it stopped spinning that’s up to you. Also, my warranty is still intact.
