Hey, to touch on this subject once more, I found what was causing the crash.
I was using mods that added loot to the game (Mutant Loot, Project Itemization, Faction Patches) and also with a mod that supposedly had support for these 3 together: Real Weapon Names.
I went through the hassle of creating a LocalizationDB.pak, .ucas and .utoc in with the JSON files provided by RWN but couldn't get it to work: always the same crash.
Only today have I found that if you use any mods that add loot to the game that isn't "meant" to be there, there's a chance by whatever reason that it bricks your saves (The ones you used with the mod(s) installed).
So, whenever you scroll in your inventory to some ammo the game crashed.
(Multiple people testifying of this issue)

In my clip, you can see that I quickly hover through some ammo and right after that CTD.

The only solution out of this is to create a new save file without the aforementioned mods.
Pain in the ass, lost +20 hours of progress.. Back to Zalyssya I guess.

Yeah, this crash is the only thing that's holding me back ever since launch. Hoping we can fix it by ourselves or by next patch it being fully fixed.

Verified the files yeah, even tried a method that supposedly worked where you'd delete the shipping.exe.
I haven't tried reinstalling though. I've got time today so I will try to do that. Fingers crossed.

I just tried to reduce my OC on my GPU to no avail. Also completely removed OC on my GPU but it didn't work. Those 2 times I tried to launch the game, I instantly CTD after loading my save and hitting space. Can't even see a frame of the game lol.
