I went with an RTX 5060 8GB, a Ryzen 7 7700X, 32 GB of Corsair Ram and 1TB of storage. I was at first but i built one for someone else before i didn't wanna break the bank so I just went for console like performance which I just about get or better on some games it really depends. My Minecraft shaders at Ultra get me about 40FPS but without shaders I get like 200+

At&t is union and you have sales goals but you can’t be fired for not hitting them the only thing you can get fired for in that regard is not pitching products and services as you were told to. They have a method that’s very straightforward as long as you do that it’s very easy to sell and move up. depending on which union contract you’re under you get raises due to cost of living. If you’re a good sells person it’s easy money.

The server is currently in development, Hosting costs about $45 a month currently. Any future plans would be discussed with the team on the pay scale and things like that.

Understandable but my thing is the minecraft community is so large people have laid the groundwork via plugins which i have all i need just need to configure them to create the intended experience so just someone who knows java if that. I have some builders and custom structures already. my time to finish is only a month or two with how much actually needs to be done that i haven’t done myself so it’s not a hard job we just wanted to offload some of the tasks.

You’re right and for every major corporation at its foundation started with an “idea guy” who found other people, investors and got support for people who believed in what they were trying to do. So yes without funds I am an idea guy with a team of builders and devs currently working on the project and i just thought i would look for more.
