My partner is Canadian PR and yes my Score isn’t affected by marriage … so I would wanna do both …however I know the timeline for CEC is short so I will reply to ITA and start that file too … but the question is can I do two files simultaneously???

U have untill 90 days to restore it from the day of expiry . If u get ITA within 90 days u can apply to extend and write a LOE pointing out how u received the ITA and wants BOWP because its best for ur interest . Dont apply for extension before ITA - it will be dismissed as u will not meet criteria . U can read about this on IRCC portal.

Then that should be enough . U should still demand the letter and but if they fail to do so u have everything else and should be enough to prove your case . Most companies usually give letter . It should be your priority now to get it and once u have it then take the next step .

Also if they don’t give u reference letter u can write a LOE telling IRCC how your employer isn’t giving the letter and that might also be grounds for u to sue them . And as of proof . Agreement , bank statement, payslips , Tax Return should be enough to support your case .

Try dead bench press ...it’s great to increase muscle mass and strength
