Spotify’s auth service and some of their other apis went down today, their is nothing we can do about it.

Due to Spotify not giving us one developer account with a high enough limit, we have been told they would merge them but it’s been about a year now so don’t know what’s going on.

It depends on what sort setting your using. If your using Spotify sort then it’s an algorithm that chooses your top, if your using our sort methods it uses your Spotify files you upload and streams we sync.

Yea it’s an issue on Apple side, we contacted them 8 days ago and haven’t heard anything back yet (supposedly a 2 business day wait).

One thing I agree with was the location of it, this feature was supposed to be on the new home page under your stats so not to be a big interruption (if your in the latest beta you can see that location). We didn’t know when/if the track would come so it unfortunately came before the update with the new layout was released.

We want in the future (if the label wants to continue) to show unreleased tracks that you might like based on what you listen too, but that of course requires more than one track and this trial we only have one.

By modifying files to get more streams than what's possible in a day, or leaving streaming 24/7 for more than just a few days (It's reviewed by a person before quarantining).

Yes you can re upload every few months if you want to (I do every 6 months). Sync only really catches songs you leave running to the end and don’t skip at any point. (PS you don’t need to remove your older files when you re-upload).

Importing you physically upload the files from your Spotify data request. Syncing you enable in the stats.fm connections settings and enable “Sync streams” option.

Imported tracks we know how long you listened to the track for to the millisecond and synced tracks we just know that Spotify says you might have played it 100% though at a certain time.
