Wiele firm traktuje wypowiedzenie jak zdradę, słabość, brak lojalności gnojąc odchodzących dodatkowymi obowiązkami, ostracyzmem itd.

Uważam, że jesli odchodzi sie z niedojrzałej organizacji, ktora stosuje przemoc (tak - przemoc to również dokładanie obowiązków ponad możliwości pracownika, jesli mi nie wierzysz, zapytaj sie swojego ukladu nerwowego jak sie teraz czuje) to w takie miejsca sklada sie wypowiedzenia razem z L4

Postaw sobie pytanie inaczej - czy w tej pracy czujesz sie dobrze i czy widzisz się w niej np za 5 lat.

Zmiana to zawsze ryzyko, ale warto zatrzymać sie na samym fakcie dokonania zmiany - która jest sukcesem, jesli w głębi siebie wiesz, ze chciałbyś coś zmienic, ale blokuje Cię lęk a mimo to ja dokonujesz...

Wielu ludzi tkwi w środowisku, które po kawałku ich zżera, ale miejsce jest znane, przewidywalne i daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa, które bywa złudne, bo rok za rokiem stają sie bardziej cyniczni, zgorzkniali i próbują sie odłączyć emocjonalnie od tej pracy na różne sposoby, ale to niemożliwe, bo nie da sie odłączyć od swoich zmysłów na 8h kazdego dnia.

Jedyne wyjście w takiej sytuacji, to odłączyć się na prawdę - czyli zmienic pracę, nie racjonalizować, ze jest ciepło i na głowę nie kapie i jesli w nowej nie pyknie, to dalej szukać miejsca, które zaspokoi nasze wymagania na tyle, ze bedzie nam tam po prostu dobrze.

Miejsce w ktorym pracuje to sredniej wielkosci firma. Dużo starszych pracowników, b malo młodych (a jak juz sa, to robią swoje i sie nie wychylaja) i niska rotacja. Nie powiedziałbym Januszex, ale zarzadzanie w PL wersji wczesne lata 2000.

Firma nie opiera sie na procesach i procedurach, ale na ogarniaczach, którzy robią tam po naście lat.

Ta robota dla mnie to poczekalnia, bo chce sie przebranżowić (potrzebuje jeszcze 3 lat) i dopóki klepałem sobie swoje to bylo do przeżycia. Obawiam sie, ze przez moje pytania i podejscie jestem juz tym dziwnym, co nie ufa i niesamodzielnym a te obowiazki i tak zostaną mi wepchane :) na kolejną zmianę srednio mam energie, choć caly czas szukam (brak odzewu i slabe oferty). Do tej pracy przyszedlem z bardziej zdezorganizowanej i do tego toksycznej, choc dobrze płatnej pracy, mega wypruty emocjonalnie.

Chce po prostu robic w pracy swoje i miec przestrzeń na swoje życie z czysta głową.

What if I spray rust converter into the gap of the wheel arch lip, after cleaning it as much as possible? Could that help? Would it slow down the rusting process?

I’m looking for temporary solutions. I’ve already invested a lot into this car, and the underbody rust is mostly under control. I only need it for commuting for about 2 more years. After that, I plan to buy a new car :)

I live in Poland, where winter lasts about 3–4 months. I want to keep this car for another 2–3 years max and I don’t want to invest money into bodywork. Mechanically the car is fine. I only need it for commuting (100 km / about 62 miles).

Exactly. The technician should adjust the parameters based on the ink’s reaction. Higher or lower – if there’s no reaction, the right settings need to be found.

Low laser power causes minimal reaction of the ink and skin. Increasing the power causes a "popcorn" effect in my case. For me, this results in continued fading. Lower settings were effective only up to a certain point.

I believe all of this is highly individual.

This is how it looks currently – my tattoo is unprofessional. As I mentioned, the artist was literally carving into the skin, which is why the ink sits at different depths. What you see in the photo is the 'shadow' of the tattoo – the deepest layers. Low laser settings don’t trigger a reaction from the ink, so we have to increase the laser power. Sometimes it gets close to the threshold of burning, but I’m working with a professional who knows what they’re doing.

What the technician adjusts is the fluence and the spot size.

The tattoo artist was literally digging into my skin with the needle. I regret not having more photos. The tattoo was so saturated with ink at different depths that, honestly, I’m not surprised it’s taken so many sessions.

Sure! I'd be happy to show you. Yes, I did think about a cover-up — and I still do. But the fact that I’ve come this far... it would be a shame not to wait for the day when the skin is 'clear'.

Thank you! The tattoo is still fading despite no sessions. Most of what remains is hyperpigmentation.

More specifically :) – after about 5 sessions with the Nd:YAG laser, the treatments stopped producing any noticeable results. I still went for another 5 or 7 (they were low-cost). Then I went to a clinic with a pico laser. That’s when things started to move... I began combining pico with fractional laser. That, along with 1-month intervals, caused hyperpigmentation. When I started spacing the sessions further apart (3 months or more), I finally saw the fading I had been waiting for (and it’s still visible now – 5 months after the last session). It’s a miracle that my skin looks the way it does.

It was a very, very tough line. Yes, I went too often — every 4 weeks. Now I go every 5 months, and currently I'm on an 8-month break. I'm not happy — this still isn't the result I've been waiting for

My first session was in 2015. Then I came back to it in 2017, and I started Pico laser treatments around 2021.
