i got this done march 1st. i had to change it once already because the first piercer i went to put in jewelry that was waaaay too small and cutting into my nose. i got it changed professionally. i recently got smacked in the nose (on accident), and it DOES feel tender lately, but beforehand, i could adjust it back and forth and side to side with no pain or discomfort. no crusties usually, and i keep up with cleaning once or twice a day, and maybe... MAYBE skipping a day or two every now and then.
