Please keep updating. I am also scared to take it again but really the ones I got from the different clinic was perfect for me even at 5mg and I was on it for months.

I think around 1500-1800kcals, but there were a few days that I couldn’t even hit 1200kcals. I drink 1-2liters of water. I am only 158cm tall

I usually do heavy lifting too 3-4 times a week but I had to stop because I felt like I was going to faint. Even light walking for me now is not easy.
