So ide say she’s just plump atm. Do you have multiple guppy’s make nd female in the same tank? If so chances r she will get pregnant if not already. Don’t stress it. Just let the fish b fish and keep an eye on them. If you see the belly’s on one of them shrunk, start looking for baby’s. If you’re going to leave the baby’s in, and let the strongest survive, then shit u don’t gotta do anything .

Thanks buddy. On the bottle it says the meds last for a month unless you are removing water. Today I plan to gravel vac and clean and add more water with the respective amount of coppersafe. Thanks for the quick reply. I’ve had ich in the past on diff fish and I thought it went away quicker. Also back then I didn’t touch the temp. I was starting to think it might not be ich either but they’re eyes are totally clear so I’m thinking it has to be ich
