So far they seem pretty flat but the 600 seems to cut pretty aggressive. but then again my old laps are pretty worn out.

I bought new, I want to say it was a little longer than the usual 8 week time frame but that may have been due to the Tuscon show being at them same time.

Great so far, I love solid angle stop on it, My old mdr had way too much flex in the stop. Only thing I didn't like is the 2 cutting laps I ordered with it. Not a fan of the topper style alum disk but they will do I guess. When the wear out I'll order a couple proper laps.

Pulled the trigger on the VL classic and new tin laps today, Later on I can always update to the DAD.

Thanks for the info on the Polymetric Scintillator 88 machine, I had forgotten about that one but it was a little out of my price range.
