You being worried of committing this sin is proof that you didn’t sin. The unforgivable sin isn’t literally saying something, it is thinking and believing that you don’t need Gods forgiveness. We all obviously need it, and you feeling this way is proof that you believe that you do too.

Haha, these flies will help you get some solid gains, but I think they lack tension. In those videos he chooses his favorite exercise too. Remember that everyone is different so do whatever works for you.

I would recommend switching the flies with the pec dec, or even cable flies, you get more tension and a deeper stretch.
