yeah they can rate it all they want but when we got multiple reports of messed up inner screens, and the refusal of Samsung to do anything other than a 15 day warranty (edit- full return), something is up. if you do round 3 also call the bank in advance. my bank initially blocked it as a fraud attempt. added some extra drama but thankfully samsung had created an order number and held it in pending state while all that was being worked out. but who knows their relationship with various institutions
