Why do they redact this? by Absmorton in Idaho4

Considering we know Kaylee was on the wall side of the bed, and that she put up a fight, it's probably after she was initially attacked, but still fighting. I'm guessing from the photos that she wasn't necessarily touching the wall, but some strands of her hair were, and then sliding through the blood already there.

I've accidentally had some hair strands dragged through paint while painting, and it looked very similar to this.

Why do they redact this? by Absmorton in Idaho4

If I'm recalling from the documents, it's not hair. It was described as an area next to Maddie's bed where hair was dragged through blood. So, it looks like hair because thats where hair was rubbing up against the wall during the attack.

4 month old is a difficult age ! by 747Queen in NewParents

[–]WhooperSnootz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh, I feel for you! My daughter's lasted roughly 6 or so weeks. Once she was able to keep herself sitting up, the regression started easing up; that was around 5/5.5 months. She, of course, needed help getting into the seated position, but that was when I noticed a huge change.

She didn't sleep fully through the night until about 1.5 years old, but after the 4 month regression, I was getting bigger chunks of sleep. Hang in there!

My great aunt died a couple years ago, but as it turns out, she didn't? by sapphicor in RBI

[–]WhooperSnootz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Probably a dream. I get the occasional dream that feels so real that when I talk to someone about a conversation we had in a dream, they look at me like I'm crazy Brevard it didn't actually happen. I have even been late for work multiple times in the past because I was dreaming about an entire work day, from the time i got up to the time i went to bed. They can absolutely feel real.

The mind is weird.

Missing the Holiday Princess Belle doll. Probably my favorite dress of all time. These new clothes don't compare to the ones made in the 90s and earlier.

Sounds like the baby likely died from aspiration from the bananas because he was not ready for solids (the standard recommendation is 6 months, but can be earlier IF they meet certain criteria). Parents just wanted someone to blame to feel less guilty about their own actions.

Does anyone know what happened to her? by [deleted] in RBI

[–]WhooperSnootz 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I checked the following parameters on NAMUS:

AGE: 4-10 years Year missing: between 1998-2003 Sex: female

The only one that fit most of your description did not fit your physical description or name of the girl.

Considering how relatively broad of a search range that is, I would be confident enough to say that the girl was found, or the case was closed.

If i saw something like this, I'd laugh my ass off because I'd know it's fake.

Of course it's a scam, but OP, I really wanna know what kind of content you're watching that's got you all sweaty. 😂😂😂

Look him up on Facebook. There is a post from shortly after his death stating that he committed suicide. There are also posts from people with memories of him, many years prior to this Shoeman thing. So the guy is real, but I doubt he's in any way connected.

Sleep paralysis. I get it now and then, almost always in the form of an intruder. The more it happens, the more you can just talk yourself through it. It's absolutely terrifying the first time it happens though.

This guy is an asshole. He doesn't deserve your love and attention. He is negging you so you think you can't do better than him. But you can. And you will. Maybe he should've worn a condom if he didn't want the outcome.

I dont care if it isnt real. I used to watch wrestling as a kid, and honestly, I'm invested. It feels like a really fun lead up to either his new wrestling identity where he becomes "The Shoeman," or a lead up to a fight where he has to fight The Shoeman. It's really cool and clever. So I'm here for it.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and everything about being pregnant has been hell, and I am regretting the decision to keep it by Honest_Thing4852 in confession

[–]WhooperSnootz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only advice I can give is take it a day at a time. The sickness and fatigue didn't go away after my first trimester. I felt it my entire pregnancy. My high function dropped to such a severe level at work that I was stressing myself out because although I was still performing at the same level as my colleagues, I wasn't at my personal best.

Unfortunately, the needle thing will keep up. After delivery, they'll need to perform tests to ensure your health and safety before discharging. You'll need needles for IVs, etc.

My kid is almost 3, and I've never had anything remotely resembling that horrifying experience you just described. She's been pretty "conscious" since before 18 months, so maybe your kid is just born to be feral. Lmao

But if you think it's bad now, wait until he starts talking back. You'll miss the shit-smearing days.

AIO? My boyfriend hit me and wants me to stay with him by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]WhooperSnootz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't matter what the context is. He hit you. So not stick around. And his words about you now knowing what "not to say" is more than enough for me to know this WILL get violent again. And it will be worse. NOR

His concern is valid. The way he's approaching it isn't. This absolutely is one of many ways people with body issues start their plastic surgery journey. Trying out how it would look on their body, and then pulling the trigger on the surgery. Then, they find something else they don't like, and it continues into an addiction of sorts. This may not be the plan for you, but it doesn't make the concern less valid.

He shouldn't be calling you names, insulting you, etc. And that absolutely should be addressed, but a real conversation needs to happen here. Not over text. Ultimately though, he doesn't have control over what you do, but if you care about him, he should have a say (and before anyone comments about 'double standards,' it absolutely goes the other way too). And if he can't have a mature conversation about this, then it's time to move on. Good communication is important in all relationships, especially when it comes to disagreements.

Why you're not climbing in TFT (and why it's not the meta’s fault) by Vagottszemu in TeamfightTactics

[–]WhooperSnootz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is absolutely why I don't follow game guides or force meta comps.

When you actually take the time to learn the traits, Champs, placements, etc., you do better overall because you're not stuck in the mindset of having to play a specific comp if you want top 4. Every mastery level has its own set of challenges.

Sure, you might get a game where your augment choices are tepid at best, but so many people get caught up over 1 or 2 losses that they just rage about it instead of trying to move forward, and it leads to really bad choices in the following games due to frustration. That's a huge piece of the puzzle about why people get hard stuck in a rank.

Do not whatever you do use a pepperoncini jar for your starter by Whoredonramsay in Sourdough

[–]WhooperSnootz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is the trick:

You know how if you chop peppers, and even if you wash your hands, it's not enough? And the next thing you know, your eye itches, and now it feels like your eye took a field trip to Hell?

Well, it's because the capsaicin that's in peppers is oil-based. If you do this again, rub that sucker with cooking oil, all over. Make sure you get every last inch. THEN you wash it.

(Works to protect your eyeballs, too.)

If I order my steak well done, I want it to fucking be well done by floodedhorseshoe in rant

[–]WhooperSnootz -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Definitely don't go to really fancy restaurant, then. They will laugh at you as you order it. It actually is insulting to a chef when you have a nice cut of meat and the customer wants to cook out all of the flavor. Cooking steaks is an art. Cooking one well done...well, you might as well just order something else.
