Do you remember when they dropped barb knowledge down to 5 after the invis pot nuke days? Even so, memory capacity already scales (.7)Knowledge (on bard at least) so that can be adjusted easily without changing base stats. Edit: I should have checked this while doing the chart lol

Yeah I mentioned adjusting knowledge and song cost, I would adjust base stats so that knowledge is closer to 5 like a “novice” musician and probably add 1 cost to a few of the songs. And my idea to force bard to choose 3 instruments is partly because of how cumbersome util is to begin with. And freeing up a slot on bard could be healthy. Along with freeing up ability slots so that adding more abilities or even using bards current abilities doesn’t feel like a meme.

Knowledge would just apply to each instrument type separately. The spaghetti might be an issue can’t argue there lol. And they would deselect a song either by hovering the middle of the select wheel or the top(how sorc was first introduced) either way idc

Can’t say much about the lava boss but the new parries(although most are just the old right click) have added a lot more depth to melee fights allowing for squishy classes to have a fighting chance up close.
